Message	Nixit was saying that carbon fiber "rusts", aluminum does not "rust", etc. As in terms of how iron rusts. Therefore if we are talking about how iron oxidizes and it's called RUST, then yes aluminum does rust. Just not in the same sense that iron does. Thank you very much, I know my material sciences (quite different from chemistry) very well.
